Thank you for letting go your ego

Today, I must commend a male chauvinist. Personally, I really dislike dealing with a male chauvinist because he tends to be "I am better than thou". I can smell the aura usually after few conversations. 

Last night, I was working with a typical male chauvinist. I can tell from his look. Anyways, work was overwhelming for all of us and he was a little above his usual stress threshold. I had to interrupt him amidst of the wars that we were fight and I had good intention. I offered him help but he threw his temper on me. My facial expression instantly changed and I gave him a cold treatment thereafter. I mean, I wasn't pushing him.. I was just a messenger. 

Anyway, I wasn't emo emo type and trying my best to maintain professionalism despite how mad I was towards him wherever he approached me after that. And I was shocked when he actually made effort to mend things better by acknowledging his wrongdoing, offer me sweets, even more shocked when he apologized! I couldn't hold my cool any longer after that and smiled at him. But I did warn him not to repeat that again to anyone else! 

So Mr. A, I hope you won't hurt another person because of your behavior and temper in future. Because, there will be a day, like how my friend puts it, "too bad, damage has already been done." That's when "sorry" won't work anymore. All the best in your future especially in your career and the misi you deal with.

The month of May.

Usually a month has a maximum of 31 days. This month felt longer than that. The sequence of events and the anxiety of waiting definitely prolong the 31 days. Right now, I'm in a confused stage. After I paid my contract and resigned from my workplace, while i was serving the two months notice, there were events that made me think twice about resigning. I question: is it God that is trying to tell me something? Or... Is it otherwise? I'm less worried about the finances or other factors... But am more troubled about whether i am walking in His ways. I understand God gives us free will.. But Lord, at this moment, can you take away this liberty of having free will and direct me to the paths which You have prepared for me? Just like Jacob who cheated Esau for his father's blessings.. My night off

Okay, most of you must be wondering what does the title mean.. Night off? It simply means my off days after my night shift. I was on night shift for 4 nights and having my off days now since yesterday. 3 days seem long but actually it's not. 1 day needed to readjust my biological clock. So which means left me 2 days. Anyway, am having another extra off day because of Raya Haji in December. It was an interesting week that I've got. I cleaned a dead body with 4 of my friends before the mortuary people came to collect her. I touched a dead body for the first time. It was a bit horrifying but.. it's all in the mind. I remember what was my thought when I cleaned her.. I was wondering where is she heading to after this. The reality of heaven and hell will be discovered by her by now and what was she feeling?
